You can download it with the following command:

wget -c http://www.macgamesandmore.com/linux/files/frenesialinux.tgz

Installation

Extract the archive wherever you want:

tar xvzf frenesialinux.tgz

Start

Enter the directory:

cd FrenesiaLinux

and start it:

./FrenesiaLinux
