There are no working modem models listed. Some exist, nobody seems to care to list working models! If you have a working modem please paste PCI device id, and enough product number and manufacturer and maybe a URL to a store so that people can go buy it. This modem must JUST WORK! meaning, that apt-get something-or-other and use the ppp utils, and it just plain works... If you had to download source code and compile it, IT DIDN'T WORK, go post a bug on Launchpad.
